A Taste of Ketchikan

Join a local guide for a fully escorted epicurean adventure! You’ll enjoy a leisurely walk along the waterfront of this artists enclave, passing by sculptures and mosaics as you learn the history of this beautiful town.  You’ll have opportunities to get photos along the way as you pass by the famous “Ketchikan” welcome arch as well as other significant monuments.  Your final destination, nestled near a small boat harbor, is one of the town’s most famous eateries and you’ll be welcomed in like family as you are escorted to a private dining room complete with authentic Alaskan decor.
The diverse offerings will be a heavenly array of locally sourced ocean delights, procured by Alaskan fishermen.  There will always be Alaskan beer pairings, followed by a delectable homemade dessert.  You’ll not only savor the food, you’ll savor the company as you get to know your fellow food travelers, your local guide and the talented chefs. It will be a pure delight from beginning to end! All tours are kept to 8 persons or less which allows guests to have a more personal experience.

 

Guests must be 16 years of age to participate in the tour.  Alcohol will be served and if you plan to drink you must show legal photo ID.  Guests must be able to walk over the course of 1/2 mile, flat terrain. Must dress for the weather.
